A dedicated consultant will work with your surveyor, solicitor and lender to manage the entire process from inception right to getting an offer that is satisfactory. A dedicated consultant will find you references, oversee your survey and be the major point of contact for your mortgage application and they will ensure that you are aware of all that is going on throughout the application process.
THE SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT
The following are answers to some questions that will let you know the kind of service that we will provide for you:
How long does it take for a mortgage to get completed?
Your mortgage process will go through three different stages. They are mortgage offer, mortgage offer to the point where contracts are exchanged and lastly the exchange of contracts to the completion period.
The time taken for each stage depends on various things. The length of the chain, how fast the solicitors are, how fast your paperwork can be organized and the valuers that are involved.
How frequent will I be contacted?
Your dedicated consultant will do everything they can to keep you apprised of the whole process by doing the following:
- Contacting you regularly via email or phone
- Contacting you frequently to keep you fully apprised
- Giving you a date that the next activity might come up each time you are contacted
- Answering any question that you may have on business days from 8:30 to 5:30 pm and contacting you back within 24 hours if they are not available when you call them
What happens if something goes wrong?
There are a lot of people involved in a mortgage application and anything could go wrong. But you don’t have to worry, we have helped a lot of people obtain mortgages for many years and we know the problems that may arise and how to prevent such problems from occurring.
